Eight million homes with no electric system in compliance with latest safety standards; 241 thousand electrical accidents each year, of which 42 thousand real accidents, with a social cost estimated at 200 million, tax evasion of more than 500 million euros due to irregular interventions, often carried out by improvised and non-specialized operators, with obvious consequences on the quality and safety standards.
That's the alarming picture of the electrical systems in Italian homes, photographed in the White Paper on Domestic Electrical Safety presented today at Fieramilano.
